USABaseball offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of merchandise in its original condition within 60 days of delivery. A valid proof of original purchase is required, all returned items must be in original condition, unworn, and include the original tags and labels. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased from the sale collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer Checkout+ to customers to provide free return shipping. Customers that take advantage of our Checkout+ option will receive a prepaid label through our portal for any returns request. Customers who opt out are responsible for the costs of return shipping. Labels should be purchased through our customer portal.

Please send your return package using the shipping label provided through our returns portal.

Once your return is received at our Fulfillment Center, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d like a different size or color, submit a request through our return portal by selecting the item you'd like to return and the new item you'd like instead.
